Some requirements for all positions would include:

• Must be available nights and weekends

• Must have current valid food handlers permit

• Must be a team player with a friendly, energetic & positive attitude

• Must be able to handle high stress situations

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests in all situations

• Must be well groomed, professional demeanor and reliable

Requirements for Cooks and Delivery Drivers

Top pay to the right candidates  

Must have minimum 2 years’experience in fast paced kitchen with pizza and pasta cooking experience required.

• Must have a good driving record, own transportation and Insurance.

• Must be prepared to demonstrate knowledge if asked.

• Must be knowledgeable of safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements for FOH Server

• You must be available nights and weekends

• Must have minimum 2 years serving experience

• Must have a food handlers permit

• Must have an alcohol servers permit. ( be over 21 years old)

• Must be energetic, possess a positive personality

• Be able to handle high stress situations.

Must have a food handler’s permit.

Be able to demonstrate clear and positive communication.

Answer and coordinate multiple phone calls while helping foh and boh complete their job functions in a timely manner and accurately.
